Hey hun, i wanted to let you know that today i received the sweet Dolly necklace that i brought from you.Shes really lovey and everything i wanted expect for one thing.  Shes broken!Ive posted pictures of the damage below here, sorry for the crappy pics from my mobile phone, but yeah, hee bow is almost compleatly gone and the back of her skirt has snapped off as well.

I dunno what you wanna do about it but i just thought i should let you know about the damage for when you post another one of the necklaces off,and you can maybe use more bubble wrap or something like that to protect the necklace more?
